RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

I was approached to present a design for eight residential units. These eight residential units each have their own plots, and property boundaries. These were already established and given to me. I designed seven of the units to also each have a small flatlet, with separate entrances. These can be sub-let, or hired out as bed and breakfast type accommodation. The eighth unit could also have it's own separate flatlet, but I felt that this would be a very costly excercise due to the topography, so I left it out.

The site is located on a very steep slope. This is a major consideration and design informant. In addition, the site has magnificent, north facing, views.
